1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear do not qualify for a return.

• Any return requested more than 30 days after the delivery date will automatically be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items and Conditions


We cannot accept returns for items that:

• Have been visibly used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Are missing their original packaging or tags.

• Are requested outside of the standard 30-day return window.

3. How to Return Your Item (By Mail)

Secure Packaging: You are responsible for packaging the item securely to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to us.

Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable courier or postal service. Faid Storez is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit back to our facility.

Restocking Fees: We believe in upfront pricing. We charge absolute 0.00GBP for restocking or handling fees.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Financial institutions and banks may require additional processing time for the funds to clear into your account.

If you haven’t received your refund within the 10-business-day window:

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or alternate product, the quickest way to receive it is to return your original item for a refund and place a separate new order on our website.
